What are the set-up days and hours?
Sunday, September 7 through Wednesday, September 10, 2008, 8am to 6pm. Specific move-in day and time will be sent to each individual exhibitor.

What is your placement policy?
Previous year exhibitors (2007) have first rights to their same space with completed and signed contract submitted to Newport Exhibition Group by Feb. 1, 2008.

Is there Non-Profit display space available?
Limited exhibit space is available for marine non-profits on a first come, first served basis. Please send a letter of intent and proof of non-profit status. Fee for a 10' x 10' space is $400. Cost does not include table, chairs or carpet.
