From points north, south, east, and west:

Take Interstate 95 North to Route 138 East – Exit 3 around Hope Valley, RI. Continue on Route 138 to Newport Bridge ($4.00 toll). Take first exit off Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport) turn right off exit ramp and drive straight through 1st set of traffic lights. At 2nd set of lights turn right onto America’s Cup Avenue. Follow America’s Cup through 4 sets of traffic lights and the Newport Yachting Center will be on your right. * Continue past the Newport Yachting Center on America’s Cup Ave. (up slight hill), which turns into Memorial Blvd. Follow to Easton’s Beach parking lot approximately 1 mile away. Parking is $25 (includes shuttle service to and from the Boat Show site. Shuttle runs 8 am to 8 pm.

Take 195 West to Fall River. Take exit for Newport/Route 24 South. Follow Route 24 South, which turns into Route 114. Follow Route 114 into Newport. Approximately one mile from city line, just past Newport City Hall, turn right onto Marlborough Street. Proceed to the traffic light on America’s Cup Avenue and take a left. Follow through 2 traffic lights. After the second light, the Newport Yachting Center will be on your right.*Continue past the Newport Yachting Center on America’s Cup Ave. (up slight hill), which turns into Memorial Blvd. Follow to Easton’s Beach parking lot approximately 1 mile away. Take Interstate 93 South out of Boston to Route 24 South. Take exit for Newport/Route 24 South. Follow Route 24 South, which turns into Route 114. Follow Route 114 into Newport. Take Interstate 95 South. At the split of 95 South, about 10 miles south of Providence, Rhode Island, get into the two left lanes toward Route 4 South (North Kingstown, East Greenwich) at exit 9. Route 4 South merges into Route 1 South after the second traffic light. From Route 1 South take the exit for the Jamestown/Newport Bridges which leads to Route 138 East. The Jamestown Bridge leads to the Newport Bridge ($4.00 toll). Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport) and take a right at the end of the exit ramp and drive straight through first set of traffic lights. At the second traffic light take a right onto America’s Cup Avenue. Follow America’s Cup through 4 sets of traffic lights and the Yachting Center will be on your right. *Continue past the Newport Yachting Center on America’s Cup Ave. (up slight hill), which turns into Memorial Blvd. Follow to Easton’s Beach parking lot approximately 1 mile away. Parking is $25 (includes shuttle service to and from the Boat Show site. Shuttle runs 8 am to 8 pm.

Show Parking

  • The best place to park is at Easton’s Beach, located at 175 Memorial Blvd, Newport. Parking is $25 per vehicle and continuous shuttle service to and from the boat show site (approximately 1.6 miles) is available complimentary with the parking space. The parking lot and the shuttle service run 8am to 8pm daily.
  • A Parking Pass for the Easton’s Beach lot can be purchased at the beach entrance when you arrive, or in advance online.  See ticket tab at the top of the website to purchase in advance. (Parking Passes purchased online must be ordered at least 24 hours before the day you plan to attend the show).
  • Handicapped parking and shuttle service is available at the Easton’s Beach lot as well.

Skip the traffic and parking hassles, and let the fast ferry service whisk you there in style.  Hands-down, the Providence or Jamestown ferry to Newport is the best way to get to the Newport International Boat Show. The ferry drops-off and picks-up are at Perrotti Park – which is walking distance to the Boat Show.

Click here for ferry schedule & tickets, and free parking options in Jamestown. There is also a free shuttle from the Jamestown parking lots to the ferry terminal.  Newport Intl. Boat Show tickets can be purchased at the Jamestown Ferry terminal or on the Jamestown ferry itself.
