Show Info

If you harbor a passion for boating,
there’s only one place to be…

The Newport International Boat Show (NIBS), one of the largest and most prestigious boat shows in the country, spans over thirteen acres of historic downtown Newport, Rhode Island.

Walk the docks and view a spectacular display of shiny new sailboats and powerboats, some making their first-ever debut in the United States. On the land side, you’ll find hundreds of marine products, services and accessories to enhance the boating lifestyle. Also on deck are educational seminars, in-water boating courses and daily giveaways.

The Boat Show’s September dates and stunning location are added benefits to your visit. Set amongst grand coastal scenery, national historic sites, trendy boutiques and world-class restaurants, it’s easy to pair your passion for boating with the experience of Newport and the beauty of fall in New England.

IMPORTANT: There will be limited box offices on site during the show days. We recommend purchasing your digital ticket in advance. Your digital ticket will be scanned as you enter the show and a wristband will be applied which grants you access to all gates through out the day.

Each ticket is valid for one day only. No exchanges or refunds. This is a rain or shine event.

Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by a paid adult. At check out, be sure to add the ‘children’s admittance’ ticket to your order.

For safety reasons, No Pets are allowed on the show sites and Baby Strollers are prohibited on docks. Please plan accordingly.
