It’s Show Time!

Next Thursday, our gates will open to the 51st annual Newport International Boat Show. We hope your travels to Newport are smooth and you are as excited as we are for the kick-off to the fall boat show season! Just in case you have a few loose ends, read on for last-minute information, hints and tips to help you make the most of your time at NIBS. We do want to apologize up front for the notification/portal glitch in our system these past few weeks, but we are back up and running. A friendly reminder to check that your exhibitor portal lights all green – you cannot stage-in if your portal lights are red…this includes payments and insurance.

If you have questions or need assistance, our sales, operations, and marketing team are ready to help. We encourage you to get acquainted with the show – visit our website for highlights, site maps, exhibitor listings, digital show directory and more.

Our Show Office & Will-Call window are located at the Market Square entrance to the Show, and this will be your go-to spot for all your exhibitor needs, show decorator services, and guest ticket support. This year, we have a more efficient system in place for any issues that may occur with electrical or Wi-Fi service. Instead of coming to the Show Office, please text 401-314-2224 and a dedicated staff member will assist. Your success is our goal – and we want your experience to be stress-free.

NFNP AND EDSON EXHIBITOR AWARD CEREMONY FRIDAY MORNING!

Winners of the 2022 Newport For New Products Awards (including the People’s Choice) and the Edson Star Award for excellence in portraying company image will be announced on Friday, September 16th at the Exhibitor/Press Awards Breakfast in The Bohlin tent at 8:15 am. So come cheer on your colleagues and check out the entries marked with an NFNP decal or burgee throughout the Show.

EXHIBITOR GUEST TICKETS

Exhibitor Guest Tickets are a great way to give your prospects and preferred customers the extra attention they deserve and give you an additional opportunity to close the deal. These tickets are offered to you at a reduced rate of $15 each and you are only billed for the tickets redeemed at the show. This year, we also offer electronic tickets to forward as invitations to your customers. We also will have our in-person service to ‘stuff’ your envelope with tickets and attach to your guest list at the Show Office.
