Returning this year are Tech Talks: a hands-on technical training classes for boaters of all experience levels led by ABYC expert and Boat of the Year judge Ed Sherman.
There are 2 courses; “5 Things Every Boat Owner Should Know How to Do on Their Diesel Engine” and “Electrical Systems and Troubleshooting” being offered both Saturday, Sept. 14th and Sunday, Sept 15th.
Locations of Seminar: IYRS
School of Technology & Trades I 449 Thames St., Newport, RI. The easiest place to park is at Easton’s Beach(where you can take our Newport Boat Show shuttle to Red Parrot drop off and walk to IYRS (about 8-minutes from drop-off), or you can park in the IYRS parking lot for the course only – note this lot has limited spots and will be a charging for parking. Be sure to plan ahead!
